      Bingo Slots & Side Games

For many online Bingo players, visiting their favourite sites to actually take in an evening of number daubing is just part of their online gaming experience.

Most Bingo sites now contain a series of additional games that can be played in an instant win format that offer a quick route to some fantastic cash prizes. The influence of online casino sites is always very noticeable in these extra features, especially in the choices of card games that are available.

Perhaps the most common of casino card games is Blackjack. The format is remarkably simple and can be picked up quite easily by playing a few hands at a minimum stake. Players compete against the house and bet on the point total of their cards being closest to 21.

Players and dealers receive two cards each with one of the dealer’s cards on display. If the player is happy with the hand they have received, the player can ‘stand’ and his cards are revealed. The dealer must then try to beat the players score. Aces may count as one or eleven, while picture cards count as ten. A player can ‘hit’ for extra cards if required to get nearer the total of 21, but will ‘bust’ their score if they go over the target and forfeit the hand. The dealer may also ‘hit’ but can run the same risk of going ‘bust’ as the player.

Another popular card game in instant play format is Baccarat. The object of Baccarat is to score as close to 9 points as possible with two cards being dealt to both the player and the dealer. The game is unique in that players can bet on their own hand to win or the hand of the dealer. Unlike Blackjack, picture cards count as zero while aces only count as one.

If a player scores more than ten points, a further ten points must be deducted to give a final Baccarat score. Although there are a few extra rules that offer the players and dealer a chance of additional cards, the rules are very simple and easy to pick up. Baccarat remains popular for the very small advantage that the house holds and has been a casino favourite for many years.

Away from cards, Roulette continues to be a big favourite with players. Bets are made on a ball landing on a particular number within a spinning wheel with up to 38 different numbers available. Players can also bet on the colours of numbers or particular combinations of numbers.

There are big prizes to be won playing Roulette, although a sizeable amount of luck is always needed! Instant play games can also included scratchcards, virtual racing, slot machines and Keno.
