Parlay, Online Bingo Developer, Expanding Operations

Parlay Entertainment Incorporated, the online bingo solutions developer, has been re-launched as Parlay Games Incorporated. The move came after the company recently sold off a large proportion of its assets to MProjects Assets SA.
The restructuring means that Parlay Games now owns and operates managed services platforms from Oakville, Toronto and Alderney. A statement from Parlay Games stated that they would be expanding their operations into additional jurisdictions.
The newly launched Parlay Games will license online bingo games to Alands Penningautomatforening (PAF), the Finnish gambling monopoly. In addition, it signed a deal with Publishers Clearing House Online that will see it supply points-based bingo to PCH.com, PCHGames.com, PCHCoupons.com, PCHOnline.com, PCHLotto.com, PCHSearchAndWin.com, PCHOnlineSurveys.com and CandyStand.com.
Parlay Games has also completed a partner network deal with the Barcelona-based marketing company, Barcelona Internet Marketing SI. In addition, the Alderney operation has finalized a managed services arrangement with Soccer Millionaire Limited, the London-based online games developer. This deal includes a deal with the Telegraph newspaper to provide pools betting products and casino games.
Scott White, Director for Parlay Games said, "We are delighted to have completed our restructuring process and are now able to focus on developing and growing the penetration of Parlay Game's managed services platforms in the UK, Europe and North America."
"We have a healthy sales pipeline and will be pushing Parlay's products forward throughout 2011 into the hands of new customers and jurisdictions."
Parlay Games now owns the 'software, licensing agreements and intellectual property previously owned by Parlay Entertainment Incorporated.' It has announced new licensing and managed services deals and has emerged from its restructuring with a focus on business growth and improvement in the areas of software development, managed services and licensing agreements.Related News
