Gala Bingo It’s always nice to see an online bingo company giving back to the community, and even nicer to see that a company like Gala Bingo doing so – despite the tough year their parent company has been going through financially, they still devote a great deal of time and efforts for charity.

Gala Bingo continue to support and raise money for the Sue Ryder Care charity – after going on a trek to the Himalaya where they played the world’s highest bingo game earlier this year.
Last week, 10 of Gala Bingo’s executives came to the company’s bingo club in Woking for a special fund raising bingo game, in which they took the various employees roles for one night, calling out number and serving food and drinks.

Nearly £2,000 was raised that night, bringing Gala Bingo a step closer to their goal of raising £1,000,000 before the end of the year for the Sue Ryder Care, which supports people with specialist palliative, terminal diseases, and neurological care needs.
Following the Bingo game, Gala Bingo organized alive auction of many items, with many prizes like Wii consoles, TV’s and Laptops contributed by Gala Coral themselves and other companies like BT and SCC.

As well as fund raising, Gala Bingo online is putting the gas pedal to floor in terms of promotions for the last weeks of 2009 and towards Christmas -  a £50,000 jackpot is up for grabs every Friday plus many more bingo jackpots, free bingo games every day and impressive prizes are given away.
