When you head to online bingo sites like Jackpot Joy and notice that they have won awards form the eGR Operator, you can rest assured that the site you have chosen is a good one! eGR Operator Awards is one of the most prestigious awards that you will find in the online gaming world, and everything from Casino Operators to Innovation in Gaming, Marketing Campaign of the Year, Customer Services Operator of the Year and Innovation in Mobile to name just a few is awarded to only the cream of the crop in gaming. One surprise in the Innovation in Mobile category as to be Mecca Bingo. In my opinion, their mobile software is nothing short of ordinary and I do believe that their massive name and reputation has secured them a spot in this category. They are absent from the Mobile Product of the Year, however – this category features the very deserving Paddy Power and the excellent mFortune mobile site, which is truly on of the very best in the mobile gaming industry.
Taking a look at the shortlist for the Social Bingo Product of the Year, I am surprised to see the name BeJig in there. Their social bingo product Avatingo - whilst it looks fantastic – rarely runs smoothly and there has been no end of complaints on their Facebook Fanpage. There are tons of other categories – from the Casino Operator of the Year that also bears no surprises with simply 6 of the very best online casino site that we have ever seen making up the shortlist (32Red, 888, Betsson Group, bwin, mFortune mobile casino and Mr Green) as well as Operator of the Year that again includes a bunch of the very, very best including 888 and Bet365!
Rest assured that if any of these sites were to be given the prestigious awards that they have been shortlisted for, they will enjoy immense success within their respective fields. The eGR Operator Awards are taking place on the 26th November and are actually being hosted by famous funny-man (and tax evador!) Jimmy Carr! So whether you agree or disagree with the shortlist, we guarantee that this will be a very eventful ceremony!
