We sat down for a short interview with Simon Eaton, the affiliate manager at Bet365 Bingo to hear some of his views and takes on the online bingo market in general, and about the Bet365 Bingo site – part of the well known and successful Bet365 brand and one of the leading bingo sites in the UK at the moment.

Q: Hi Simon, Thank you for taking the time to speak to us! Tell us a little about the Bet365 Bingo recent re-design.
A: The redesign of bet365 was made to appeal to the bingo demographic as well as highlight the special promotions all in one place. Bingo is a very much community/promotion driven product and the design to the bingo homepage was made to reflect this fact. I am personally very impressed with how the site redesign turned out and we have received fantastic feedback regarding this.
Q: How significant is online bingo among all of Bet365 online activities?
A: Online bingo is one of the fastest growing products at bet365 and we are expecting great things to come. We prefer to move into this market when it is right and I personally see this happening very soon. The onslaught of iphones readily available among the general public makes mobile gaming a real possibility. We are ready for this and will move into mobile gaming when the time is right.
Q: How do you see the growing role of social networks and their effect on the online bingo industry?
A: Bingo is a very sociable game to play online and this is one of the main reasons bingo players enjoy playing bingo online. We have a strong presence on Facebook as well as other social networking sites. We are very selective when choosing CM hosts and look into hosts who know how to interact with their players.
